VANSTRIP AL SYSTEM

VANSTRIP AL SYSTEM is a dual component process that consists of a make-up product, VANSTRIP AL, and a replenisher additive, VANSTRIP AL-BOOSTER. Vanchem’s chemical process is a liquid blend of organic solvents and alkamides designed for rapid removal of different types of paint finishes from steel and aluminium parts. VANSTRIP AL SYSTEM contains no methylene chloride, silicates, sodium or potassium hydroxide. VANSTRIP AL SYSTEM is used at elevated temperatures in a dip tank with a special oil seal (VANSEAL AL) to retard evaporation. After stripping, a high-pressure water rinse will leave parts clean and ready for reprocessing.
