VANCHEM 224/CATALYST 25

VANCHEM 224/CATALYST 25 is a hot alkaline paint stripping system, and effective when stripping high solids coatings, powder coatings, and most commercially used organic coatings. VANCHEM 224/CATALYST 25 paint stripping system is safe on ferrous metals, copper, zinc die cast, galvanized steel and aluminum alloys. Applications on hot dipped galvanized and 7XXX Series aluminum will be subject to restrictions on concentration, temperature and time. The VANCHEM 224/CATALYST 25 paint stripping system will not harm the following plated surfaces; chromium, zinc, nickel, cadmium, tin, and copper plating. A minimum of 18% VANCHEM 224 should be maintained in the bath to protect the soft metal substrates and plated metals.
