Beadlube

BEADLUBE is a specially formulated emulsion used for tire application. This product aids in the application of rubber tires onto steel, aluminum, or chromated rims. BEADLUBE contains no hazardous products. BEADLUBE is used at various concentrations depending on the nature and size of tire and rim.

BEADLUBE works like a soap and has cleaning properties. BEADLUBE is bio-stable, meaning it will not allow bacteriological colonies to grow. This has been a traditional problem with tire applicator lubricants. For best practice, we recommend BEADLUBE be used in automatic systems designed to apply rubber tires to rims.
