HIB L50 NF

HIB L50 NF is a concentrated blend of organic inhibitors and biodegradable surfactants. HIB L50 NF is designed for use as an inhibitor in Sulphuric, Hydrochloric, Phosphoric, or Hydrofluoric acid pickling baths. Operating temperatures when using sulphuric acid are up to 190oF for low carbon steel and 165oF for high carbon steel. When using Hydrochloric acid operating temperatures are from ambient to 130oF for both types of steel. This inhibitor will increase the speed of scale removal from all grades of steel while still providing over 99% protection to base metal. HIB L50 NF formulation is specifically designed for use where acid recovery systems cannot tolerate foaming during regeneration.
