Toner 100P

TONER 100P is a liquid blend of phosphoric acid, designed to control the pH in iron phosphating systems that contain both metal and non-metal accelerators. TONER 100P was specially formulated to adjust the pH should it rise above optimum, thus ensuring the highest possible coating weights on the iron phosphated metal surfaces. TONER 100P is recommended where only phosphoric acid is necessary as a pH-down.
