Fostex JMF

FOSTEX JMF is a liquid cleaner-coater iron phosphatizer that contains a blend of acid phosphates combined with selected surfactants, detergents and accelerators.

FOSTEX JMF is formulated to simultaneously clean steel, aluminum, zinc, and galvanized metal; and deposit an amorphous coating of iron phosphate. It can be used in a dip application, single or multi-stage spray washer or by steam genie or batch washers.

FOSTEX JMF has been specifically formulated to clean and phosphate at low temperatures. This new technology generates much higher coating weights at lower temperatures compared with other low temperature cleaner-coaters on the market.
