Fostex 20

FOSTEX 20 is a liquid, concentrated acid descaler-cleaner formulated for immersion cleaning or hand wiping of steel, zinc, galvanized steel or aluminium. It can be used diluted or can be used neat (concentrate) depending on the level of shop soil, light rust, grease, oil or surface contaminates.

FOSTEX 20 contains a combination of surfactants, wetting agents, solvents, penetrating agents and phosphoric acid. A light phosphate coating can be produced on steel to provide under-paint corrosion protection.
