ZINC PHOSPHATE RINSE CONDITIONER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
RINSIT 3 is a powdered crystal modifier used in the rinse before FOSTEX ZN baths. RINSIT 3 is made down into a liquid slurry and metered into the exit halo of the rinse conditioner stage prior to the zinc phosphate bath.
When RINSIT 3 is made down and fed at predetermined concentrations, the crystal structure of the zinc phosphate coating can give rise to orientations that enhance field performance of painted parts.
