LIQUID IRON PHOSPHATE PROCESS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
FOSTEX JSC is a liquid blend of acid based phosphates together with combination of selected surfactants, chelating agents, solvents and a chlorate accelerator.
FOSTEX JSC is designed to simultaneously clean steel and deposit a uniform amorphous coating of iron phosphate. It is specially formulated to generate superior performance on steel where customers require higher performance. It can be used in a dip application, single or multi-stage spray washer. Time, concentration and temperature will vary with the amount of soil on the parts.
